We also have a number of different quick and simple tests that you can run yourself to help determine if the problem is related to the pump, filter or chlorinator. And if all that fails, we’ll send someone round to your house to check out the pool on-site.

The Pool Repairs and Maintenance Process

We have tried to make our pool repairs and maintenance service as flexible as possible, so you have the option of either giving us a call and arranging a suitable time for us to come and pick up the piece of equipment from your home or you can also drop it into our Coolum pool supplies store. We’ll then examine the equipment and determine what is broken and whether it can be repaired or not.

Once we have determined the cause of the problem we’ll give you a call and let you know what your options are – how much to fix the piece of pool equipment versus how much to replace it completely, along with our recommendation of what we think the best option is. We’re always 100% honest with you and will let you know if a repair will last a couple of years or a couple of months – we rely on your repeat patronage so we will give you the best advice that ensures you keep coming back.

Once we have fixed or replaced your equipment you will again have the choice of picking it up from our pool shop or having us drop it off and re-install it for you.
